Meet The Tinybill Team!

How Are We Structured?
As of right now, Team Tinybill is broken up into three core groups. We try to keep things relatively simple and easy to understand for yourself and new members of our team to understand!

These groups are:

THE LEADERSHIP TEAM
The Leadership Team consists of our senior staff and department leads.
These are typically the people responsible for overseeing an entire area of development, such as our Art Director, Writing Director, Creative Director, and other senior leadership positions.

Leadership members help guide their respective departments, make important creative and organisational decisions, and work closely with the rest of the team to keep projects moving in the right direction.

THE CORE TEAM
The Core Team is made up of the people who form the main development team behind our projects.
This includes our artists, writers, composers, programmers, UI/UX designers, and other regular contributors. Core Team members are involved throughout the development process and generally have an ongoing role within the studio and its projects.

THE CONTRIBUTOR TEAM
The Contributor Team is for people who contribute to our projects on a more limited, temporary, or project-specific basis.

This will most commonly include voice actors, guest artists, temporary writers, musicians, or other contributors who are brought in for a specific task or part of a project.

Being a Contributor doesn't make someone's work any less important — this category simply exists to distinguish between people who are regularly involved with the studio and those who are contributing to a particular project or task.

So Meet The Team!
'Ducky'
CEO Founder & Creative Director - The Leadership Team

Hey! I'm Ducky, the Founder and Creative Director of Team Tinybill!

I've been making things online for as long as I can remember. Growing up with the classic era of YouTube definitely had an impact on me. As a teenager, I experimented with content creation, livestreaming, music, writing, and graphic design, all while studying and pursuing sports journalism. In 2024, after my son Ethan was born, I stumbled across an old visual novel concept I'd made years earlier. Rediscovering it reminded me just how much I loved creating stories and games.
That idea eventually became Team Tinybill.

Nowadays, I help lead the studio's creative direction, working across our stories, art, music, branding, marketing, and future projects to make sure everything feels like Team Tinybill.

My goal is simple: make great games, support talented creators, and tell stories people remember.
'Athelia'
Narrative Director - The Leadership Team
Hey! I'm Athelia (also known as Nia), Team Tinybill's Writing Director and part of the studio's Leadership Team!

I've been writing since 2015. Back then, I wrote epic adventures about my peers in Google Doc when I was in fifth grade; still at a time where I struggled with finding my own identity and meaning of friendship. Today, I don't think that journey's ever stopped. Over my life, I've explored mediums like short fiction, poetry, lyric writing, and a whole bunch of other mediums for both short-form and long-form content.
But I'm especially passionate about character-driven stories. My stories are highly experimental and (generally) highly serious. Each piece I write is an exploration of my own philosophy: where I then further prompt the audience's engagement via commentary through unconventional standards. Disjointed identity; found family & friendship; what it means to be human; living life with and without love; these are the ideas that mean the most.

I joined Team Tinybill because I believe in opportunity and connection. My job in our writing department means I review scripts, mentor other writers, while researching and studying to ensure that our characters and stories stay true to each game's creative vision.
Currently, I work mostly in video games and write for a couple of indie studios — in addition to producing my own audio drama on the side for my own enjoyment known as the Autumn Valley Radio Show.

'Day'
Narrative Designer - The Core Team

Hey! I'm Day, a Narrative Designer at Team Tinybill!

I've loved writing for as long as I can remember, growing up on the U.S. East Coast with an imagination that never really knew when to shut up. These days, I'm working on my own fantasy novel and particularly love romance, slice-of-life, and fantasy stories that focus on relationships and the little moments that make characters feel real.

At Team Tinybill, I work with the writing team to create characters, dialogue, relationships, and story arcs, making sure every character has their own personality and voice. I'm especially inspired by otome games, yuri webtoons, and visual novels, and I love creating inclusive stories where LGBTQ+ characters can simply exist naturally within the world!
